- School arranges conveyance for students on specified routes for specified stops only. The transport routes have been fixed.
- Bus facilities are extended as a privilege and cannot be claimed as right.
- This facility may be withdrawn by the authority at any time due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Parents are requested to intimate in writing the route no. & the stop no. they wish to use for their wards in the beginning of the session.
- Transport charges are fixed and to be paid in advance along with the school fees.
- There is no system of part withdrawal or one way charge.
- Transport fee will be charged for the whole session i.e. 1st April to 31st March.
- Students using the school bus are expected to be on the bus stop at least 10 minutes before arrival of bus.
- The bus will not wait for the late comers.
- Students availing bus facility cannot withdraw it in mid-session.
- The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stops only.
- The students should bring their Id-Card daily to school & maintain complete discipline in the bus.
- In case a student is found to behave in an indisciplined manner, he/she may not be allowed to use the school bus.
- Although all precautions are taken for the safety of students, the school cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or death.
- In case of change of Bus Stoppage/Bus Route, please send a written request to the Principal a month ahead.
- Items of Bus must not be broken or thrown out of the bus.
- Students will be held responsible for any damage to bus caused by negligence or vandalism.
- Make sure that you pickup your child from the Bus stop daily.
- Students are not allowed to eat in the School bus.
- Parents are not expected to enter into any discussion with the Bus drivers. Complaints, if any, regarding the conveyance should be sent in writing or personally discussed with Transport Incharge/Principal.
